FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) What's the cancellation policy?
To secure your booking, a 50% retainer is necessary, which will be deducted from your total invoice. You can cancel your booking within 48 hours and get a full refund on the retainer. However, after this period, no refunds will be given. If you want to reschedule, you can use your retainer for another event within 12 months of your original date, depending on availability. A subcontract will be made to reflect the date change. Since we've declined other clients to hold your date, this retainer cannot be refunded.
2) What is required to have The Ritzy Tin at our event?
The bar needs a level and stable surface to park at your event.
3) Does The Ritzy Tin need access to power outlets?
It is best if you can provide access to power outlets, but if you cannot, The Ritzy Tin will provide a generator for your event.
4) What's the size of the trailer?
15.5' x 7' x 9' (LxWxH)
5) How far can The Ritzy Tin travel?
The Ritzy Tin provides complimentary travel within a 40-mile radius, with a charge of $0.65 per mile for distances beyond that range. Depending on the distance, a lodging fee may apply.
6) What does set up and cleaning look like?
We will deliver The Ritzy Tin to you and customize and style the event. We will break down the set up after the event.
